Free technical support, bug fixes and minor product upgrades
are included with each purchase of a license for our software. Please check license agreement to get more details for each product.
Technical support is available from the resources on our
site and via email.
Bug
fixes and product upgrades are delivered in new builds available on our
download page. We recommend users check one periodically to obtain the latest build to get more functionality. You
can join to our mailing list if you wish to be informed of new builds by email.
We do not send email for every build, but we do it for the significant ones. If you want to be on the forefront, elect to be notified of Beta versions when you join our list.
Before sending an email to customer support, we would like to
suggest you to browse the documentation that comes with the software first.
It contains some useful info, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and how-to
information that may be able to answer your questions.
If you can't find your answer there then do not hesitate to contact
us. We are certain that we can help you to get the most out of
our products.
